The Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma closed part of one of its casinos after the roof collapsed during a winter storm on Tuesday.

No one was injured at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa. Fewer than 100 people were on the gaming floor at the time and all were evacuated before the roof collapsed.

"The safety of our guests is a top priority for us, and we’re so glad that no one was hurt," David Stewart, the chief executive officer of Cherokee Nation Businesses, said in a statement, The Oklahoman reported.

Stewart said the damage occurred in a part of the facility that was built in 1992.
